Did you know that the Nine to Kind Possibility Planner was originally going to be dated? After doing more research, we noticed that undated planners are actually BETTER for overthinkers and overdoers? Why? Because they need room for flexibility and personalization. We also found that people are less likely to give up on planning with undated planners because you can start or restart anytime!
If you’re unsure if an undated planner is for you, check out this guide on how to use your undated planner in the most efficient way.
The Nine to Kind Possibility Planner includes a two page year at a glance section as your quick reference for future events. When you get a wedding invite in the mail or a notice about an in-office team meeting, you can quickly jot it down there. This is also a great section for placing invitations, flyers, or post it notes for future documenting. Get in the habit of checking that section first or keep a bookmark there so you remember to turn there when making appointments.
If you are using the Year at a Glance section consistently, then completing the monthly planner is your tool for getting grounded at the start of the month. You can still plan ahead with prompts like “keep an eye out for” or “I’m looking forward to” and write those in the empty spaces. The Nine to Kind Possibility Planner has those prompts, extra note taking space, and more in each month of the planner!
If the Year at a Glance and Monthly sections are about “what” is happening, the Weekly pages are for the “How” you’re going to execute. Some people use the timestamps to help with booking appointment times, timeblocking tasks and protecting specific times for leisure or something else. Other people use the top section as priorities or an overview, and leave the rest of the day for the to-do list. There’s enough space for both…and don’t worry, if you need even more note-taking space, there are two blank pages in between each week. Think of your weekly pages as a compassionate companion reminding you of not only the to-do list, but also how you can take care of yourself that week. The weekly sections is also good for documenting anything that you would want to refer to later on. Forgot what happened in the meeting last month? Your weekly section has the notes right there!
