Instructions & Download:

Upon purchase you will receive a link for instant downloading on your purchase page and email. Please note there is a 3 download limit per purchase. An Instructional PDF is included in your digital download (sent via email), feel free to review before purchasing.

More detailed FAQ’s and tutorials are currently in the works! Please note that the Digital Possibility Planner is formatted for use within the GoodNotes app. All functionality has been tested within the GoodNotes App and Adobe Acrobat. It is recommended that the planner be used either on a tablet, iPad, or desktop. It is not formatted for readability on phones. 

Returns & Refunds:

This is a digital download. All sales are final on digital products. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. Please reach out to us with any issues or questions about your order.

We value transparency and want you to have all the information you may need before a purchase. As a small business (one-woman-show) we hand-package each box in our processing center (our guest room and the corners of the basement) with the hope of getting it into your hands and impacting your life ASAP, we appreciate your patience and support!

Shipping & Processing:

Please make sure to carefully review the following before confirming your order:
- Name, mailing address, and email
- Color and quantity of your order
- Mailing address (you can never be too sure)
- Any promo codes (save that cash friend!)

Once you place your order, it is confirmed on our end. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received, and shipped within 1-2 business days. Planners are shipped through USPS and are only available for those in the United States. Shipping averages between 2-8 business days. Shipping information will be emailed to the one provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please reach out to us with any issues and we will sort it out.
