The 25 Day Adulting Challenge was created as a compassionate and paced way to avoid avoiding! Save this blog for your day by day guide or use the list as inspo and pace it in a way that makes sense to you!
25 Day Adulting Challenge Tasks
- Get a password manager or update All passwords
- Clean out socks and undergarments drawer
- Log into your online banking, review, and start a weekly autodraft into savings
- Make a phone note or Pinterest board of go-to meals and a pantry list for reference
- Create cleaning setups (box or bucket with cleaning supplies for specific areas)
- Backup computer and phone
- Review subscriptions and unsubscribe from less used apps
- Check the pricing of your insurance policies and review coverage
- Establish a car maintenance (oil change, tires rotated, etc) schedule
- Check the privacy settings on your computer
- Begin a pile of clothing to get tailored or DIY repair
- Create first aid kits for car, bag, and home
- Schedule preventative care appointments (Doctor, Dentist, etc)
- Review foods that are in the freezer and toss out unusable items
- Make a phone note or document of birthdays and anniversaries
- Make a list or Pinterest board with 10-15 minute stretching exercises (for the office, school, etc)
- Refresh resume and LinkedIn
- Deep clean bathroom
- Repot plants and rearrange for sunlight
- Check credit score
- Do 15-45 minutes of dusting or more focused cleaning
- Start a pile for donations (toys, clothing, dishes, tools, etc)
- Create a DO NOT BUY list to reduce replications or overspending
- Review email subscriptions and unsubscribe
- Create a Not Boring Self Care schedule (monthly, quarterly self care you can commit to)
